ABAYA / JALABIYA MODEL

Model for abayas and jalabiyas (Arabic traditional dresses) not necessarily should be skinny, some designers even prefer curvy models. Here model should understand that abayas come with beautiful details and some of them have abstract design with different kinds of fabric or colors, some of them have handwork as embroidery or stones like Swarovski, some of them have very beautiful sleeves. The model should show the details evidently with elegance though. Arabic women like beautiful makeup, and soft, elegant poses.
Jalabiyas are extremely popular during Ramadan, Eid. There are special Ramadan and Eid collections from different Arabic designers. Those dresses traditionally are long, with beautiful, active sleeves. In my opinion jalabiyas are very beautiful and it is easy to demonstrate the design, just need to remember about details. The poses should be simple yet elegant.
